Black and burnt orange. There was a fibreglass jet boat near me years ago with black flake paint with an black and orange interior, was very classy looking.

What is the matter with 3600 rpm? Not sure what a 2.4 will do at WOT but should be near 4200 or so??? You could switch to a bigger impeller to drop your cruise rpm but it won't change your fuel usag ...

Just did a test and I was loaded pretty decent. Ran 3200-3300 for an hour and 25 minutes on a 351 ford at 50 litres on the money.
