Have a late 90's Eagle Sport, and need some tips on over winter storage.
For eg.
1. Should I leave fuel tank full or empty.
2. Do I just need to open up water petcocks on exhaust and thats it as far as the cooling system is concerned.
3. take out the battery of coarse.
4. change oil to have clean oil over winter, and have it ready for spring.

Thats all I can think of, open to all other suggestions thats out there.

Fill the tank. If you don't, condensate can form in the tank and contaminate the fuel.

2. Do I just need to open up water petcocks on exhaust and thats it as far as the cooling system is concerned.

Open them and push a wire through to make sure they are not plugged up with sand.
3. take out the battery of coarse.

Yes
4. change oil to have clean oil over winter, and have it ready for spring.

Yes. Also the used oil is acidic and can cause corrosion over the winter.

Thats all I can think of, open to all other suggestions thats out there.

Talking with a co-worker, he also mention adding an additive into the fuel for over the winter to not gum up the carb. would you do this too, and if so what would you recommend.

You can use Stabil if you like. It is pricey if you use the recommended amount. I've never put any additive in my boat, lawn mowers, quads, wood splitter, chain saws, weed wackers....ok you get. Never had any issues.

Fuel stabilizer only seems to work for one year after that it is worse than not using any. We used to use it at our recreational vehicle dealership and if was two seasons before the unit was sold then the fuel was crap. It depends how far you want to go but using a fogging oil (thats right FOGGING oil) Laughing will keep rust from forming on cylinder walls ect also.
