Hi guys.
I'm fairly new to the jetboat world.
Figured out how to oil and grease everything, except the universal joint on my AT SD-309. Is there an already existing grease fitting for this, or do i need to work that out with some sort of bent grease needle, and if so, is there an internet site that has a variety of those.
Will try to post some pics.

Thanks

Check at your local Napa or Acklands, they should have something.

Acklands Grainger or Canadian tire will have a grease needle made by Lincoln that threads onto a grease gun hose it works good on grease nipples in tight spots. Looks like the pump main bearing is being over greased.

agreed for the over greasing, just got the boat last fall, haven't had time to go throught everything yet, there is still a few dirty spots to clean, and mods to be done.

Thanks for the info.

I have a closed cooling system, and the ball valve is there to regulate (if need is ) the fresh water flow to the water injected exhaust and heat exchanger

I would say that the ball valve is not require and should be removed, it is just one more thing to mess up, if it gets closed without knowing it or plugged off and it looks like it mostly closed, your manifolds will overheat and be damaged long before the coolant temp in the engine rises, the thermostat in the engine should look after engine temp in a closed loop system, more water thru the manifolds the better
