All I know is that Chad is on his way down to do some final testing and pre-running.

For the record, my money is on Bad Habit 339 too. When I hear from Chad about his top speed while testing I'll be sure to post it. Rolling Eyes Laughing

"Unlimited" and Overall wil go to ??????? Bad Habit or Unnatural Disaster
"A" is going to Miss Ede
"CX" is going to Aquaholic
"FX" is going to ??????? toss up
"FXV is going to ??????? SS Adrenalin or Jester

I might be biased in these but who I'm betting on.

Cromie will be the only turbine losing to the piston boats. Gord, Dale, and Chad will separate themselves from the pack by day two. Spencer will be near the top in the beginning but lose ground once the rivers stretch out.

CX and FX is gonna be great racing. if the boys are running hard their will be some carnage in those light weight boats. If Colby Davis shows up it will be a great race between him and Rogers (is Greber lurking around Idaho?)

What are Bald Man's predictions?

Be Careful!!!! The rivers may win a lot of the time.

Last year when the Salmon was raced the flow was about 9200 cfs-today it is running at 13,600cfs-almost perfect flows-unless you choose poorly Smile

Last year for the Thunder on the Snake the flow was at 19000 cfs. Today it is at 71,400cfs-almost 4 times the flow-check some of the pictures of the caved in hulls from last year and consider the implications of heavy flow.

The Clearwater is running at 30,800 cfs-Lots of high speed straight stretches, BUT the Clearwater is the grand champion of sneaky green rollers.

The St Joe is running 4200 cfs and 8.5 feet deep at the gauge on the upper end. The straight stretches are short on the Joe.

A wildly divergent bunch of rivers. It is going to be fun to watch!!

No predictions here! Just hope everyone has a safe race and finish.
I'll grab a few pics and put them up when I can.
