Got a 2007 21' northwest jet 350 marine power and 212 with a 2.4T when trying to run at 30 mph have to run at 3600 rpm and boat is empty. When running at 3400 rpm going about 25 mph. just wondering if a repower to a 383 will give me the bottom end torque to run at lower rpm and stay at the 30 mph

A bit more stroke should add the torque required to add a bit more blade to the pump. Depending on your budget maybe an upgrade to 6ltr and then sell off your engine complete may be another option. you have all winter to find a good take out.

Try a 2.9 Impeller if you can. I run a ZZ 383 kodiak in 18 Bratt Mad Dog. I ran a 2.4 for years, now switched to a 3.4, helped bottom end and cruising but lost about 5 to 6 mph top end. 2.9 is probably the best pitch.
