yes men we have 7 or 8 races per year the good ones"maraton nautico del rio balsas,usumacinta river,and bacalar is this same week end
and the most old jetboat racein the world is the maraton nautico del rio balsas
im gonna try to put pictures here from mexican races
this picture its my grandpa in 84 in santa elena rapids

my brother hit a stone in usumacinta race in 1998,the boat end upside down,this guys fly in the air,but no body was hurt.
the first boat was a copy for a roger hull,and somebody tell us one guy sell the same hull"an original roger pump include" very near from the accident place,some people found this hull floating in the river after a race( idon"t know the correct word) how do you say when the river eat the boat) well this people found the boat after that and they keep the boat per years,and we bought the boat.
we work all night long changing piezes to the old boat to new boat
and we continue the race at the next day 
me,sergio ramirez, mi bro enrique hernandez,and gabriel fernandez

Very cool pictures there. The boats appear to all be 'glass? that would take some balls I guess! racing sounds alot more popular than I thought down there. Where are all the racers on the forum? or is it more a language/internet barrier?
