Is the river still up? The Red Deer has come up the last week. We had some rain, and I'm thinking that they must be letting some out of Dixon dam.

TABER TO BOWISLAND SUNDAY AFTER NOON WAS COOL

200 OPTIMAX IN AN OUTLAW EAGLE EXCURSION
UP ON STEP VERY QUICK LOVE THIS LITTLE SKINNY WATER BOAT!
1 HOUR 25 MINUTES! DOWN, 1 HOUR 40 MINUTES BACK.
125 LITRES OF FUEL. MAX GPS SPEED DOWN WAS 46 MPH UP WAS 36 MPH
ON THS TRIP WE SEEN MANY BEAVER! AND ONE 6 FOOT SNAKE SWIMING ACROSS! VERY COOL. THE RIVER IS VERY EASY AT THIS FLOW RATE! I HOPE IT DROPS FOR MORE CHALLENGE! KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM THE SNAKES THEY LIKE TO CLIMB IN FOR THE RIDE LOL!

I PLAN TO RUN UP TO LETHBRIDGE THIS WEEK AND DETERMINE THE SAME INFO.

looking forward to the rally. Will be down to camp Friday evening. Just have to wait for the kids to get out of school.

I've got 2 adults, 2 teens in a 28' camper. Trucks,boat, etc.

TWO EAGLE BOATS WENT UP RIVER LAST NIGHT IN THE RAIN.

200 OPTIMAX IN A TOMCAT AND A EXPEDITION! CASEY AND RYAN ARE NUTS!

2.20 MINUTES UP STREAM MANY ISLAND TO PLAY AROUND! I THINK 15!
1.40 MINUTES BACK. RUN OUTOF FUEL HAD TO ADD 5 GALLONS ON THE WAY BACK!

220 LITERS IN TOMCAT
195 IN EXPEDITION!.

RIVER FLOW AT 7.20 LAST NIGHT IN LETHBRIDGE WAS 317 M3/S AND NOW ITS 462 M3/S AT 1.00 PM BIG

We've got 2" rain the last 24hrs. The Red Deer looks to be up about 4' at Emerson bridge. Should be lots of water runnin' in the Oldman by the weekend. More rain to come. Bringin' my water wings and rubber ducky!

Do we need to go on the Oldman? Or can we just run the ditches and fields? A good run right now would be hwy41 from the #1 to the border! Its closed to vehicle traffic. ;D Twisted Evil

IN 1995 IN JUNE THE RIVER PEAKED AT 3500M3/S OUR PEAK THIS TIME WAS 2190M3/S IT IS NOW DROPPING AT THE LAUNCH SITE.
