go to the launch south of dickson at the trout pond it goes into glenifffer lake its a good launch and short drive to the river ...you can also go to garrington bridge its on the highway that hooks to bowden no real launch there just find a place suitable in the river i like the dickson launch myself ......any wich one you will have a blast this is my favorite river to get stuck in |

well we ended up running gleniffer lake and upper red a bit but was to shallow for my liking so we launched at the dam and ran down the lower red, was an awsome time deffinetly going to run this one again
but long story short we got stuck witch burned up the rest of the light so we ended up spending the night on the river lesson learned items my boat needs: hip waders, lights for running at night, supplys to keep in the boat for emergency, haha starting a fire by pulling off the fuel line and crank over the engine to get some gas then take the battery out and arc the terminals to light it up hehe done that one before though
ah the adventures of river running its a bit skechy at times but running on that edge is why i love it _________________ to many toys haha right! |
