| I would like to hear about some of the big loads people have hauled in their boats. I recently did a northern trip where i hauled 900 liters of gas plus gear and 3 people. I found this to be the absolute maximum weight i could carry in my 22' Rogue Fastwater. It took all the power my 350 had to carry it. Somewhere in the 3500-3800lb. range. Overall on a 1000km jet boat journey we averaged 10 gallons/hour with weight diminishing as we burnt off fuel.

| What kind of pump? My buddy has a 20' CW with a 350 and AT309. Says it has to work pretty hard with 4 people, fuel and gear. My 212 doesn't notice when you weigh the boat down. Pushes a lot!

My 20' Wooldridge Sport with a 350/212 doesn't even blink with 4 adults, gear for days, 100+ gallons of fuel, and a big Moose. Cruises nice at 3100 or so with that load, maybe ~2500 Lbs. Never have NOT been able to get on step.

Quite the picture!
I've done the same load roughly as you Toddco, 852L of fuel, 3 adults and all our camping/hunting gear. I was at 2900-3000 on step but I have no idea what I did for millage in it at the time. I love the motor/pump combo in my boat.
