Engine RPM has a bit of a dead spot between 3200 and 3800 rpm. Will sit at 3200 all day then when nothing while moving the throttle forward until all of a sudden it jumps up to 4000. Same deal throttling down. Tried a new throttle position sensor (potetiometer) but no change. Any thoughts? Thanks.
