Have a Kodiak 350 carb that's starting to burn oil, a quart every 8-10Hrs of run time. Looking for some advice in rebuild kits / Stroker kits

That is as good as any new engine I've had. Running full throttle / rough water with a performance engine eats up oil. I'd do a compression check then decide whether to replace or rebuild the block and/or heads.
